Tenders are invited from architects capable of carrying out the works for the station design of Ferny Grove station. Works comprise the following:-
• Prepare a Preliminary Design, Specification and Schedule of Finishes for the Ferny Grove station and precinct
• Preliminary cost estimate for the prepared design
• Preparation of Tender Drawings and Specifications
• Construction stage services including, Building Plan Certification, RFIs and Construction Works Certification
• Preparation of As-Constructed documentation
• Prepare a Preliminary Design, Specification and Schedule of Finishes for the Ferny Grove station and precinct
• Preliminary cost estimate for the prepared design
• Preparation of Tender Drawings and Specifications
• Construction stage services including, Building Plan Certification, RFIs and Construction Works Certification
• Preparation of As-Constructed documentation
