Noosa District State High School FlexiSpace

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of the FlexiSpace Refurbishment at Noosa District State High School.

The new Flexispace Refurbishment contains new flooring, new ceilings, new joinery, autex wall linings, artificial turf and a new bi-fold door. The position of the building is at the rear of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by 30 June 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

QBCC Licensing

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
