Narangba Valley State High School Air Conditioning Installation

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the Air Conditioning
Installation at Narangba Valley State High School, located at Harris Ave, Narangba QLD 4504 as part of the School Direct
Funded Programme.

The works include the Air Conditioning to Classrooms in Blocks F, G, H, I, N, O, Q and R at Narangba Valley SHS. The
position of the buildings are located to towards the rear of the school campus with limited site access. All works are to be
completed by 24 January 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
 Appropriate QBCC Contractor licence to undertake the entire scope of works
 Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Services including Limited Design)
Trade Contractor licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in
accordance with the contract.
