Description
The works involves the production of residential allotments to be serviced by roadwork’s, stormwater drainage, water supply, FiSH and sewer reticulation.
Area G1/Stage 16 involves earthworks of approximately 13,400 cubic metres, the construction of 1086 m2 of road pavement area, 163 m of storm water drainage, 286 m of PE 100 sewer, 334 m of 100 mm and 200 mm PVC water mains and a 1136 m2 of rock retaining walls.
Area G1/Stage 16 will be constructed as a single stage. The Contractor is to provide a construction program for this project, indicating in detail the manner in which the works are to be constructed, including allowances for the completion of electrical works. Works will commence approximately in early/mid June.
