Broome PS - Cell Painting and Restoration

Scope of works: The following is a quote to paint the 4 x holding cells as requested. - Wash down and prepare all cells. - Ceilings, Walls, Doors and Frames: - Repair cracks to ceiling. - Fill gaps in wall sheets with Sikaflex 291. -Sand back doors and frames and remove all etched graffiti. Floors: - Thoroughly fill and sand graffiti etched into all floors with 2 pack epoxy filler. - Painting ceiling, walls (2 colours), floors (2 colours), doors and frames. Apply 2 coats of Dulux X21 2 Pack Epoxy Waterborne Paint. - Sign-writing: - Rewrite cell numbers and letters to match existing with 2 coats of Dulux X21. All paints used will Low VOC (volatile organic compounds) products, suitable for used in confined spaces.
