Elimbah State School - Ramp to Oval (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Ramp to Oval at Elimbah SS, located at School Road, Elimbah QLD 4516, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program.

The works include preparation of the area for construction of a new access ramp between an existing footpath to the oval. A section of stairs to be included and fixed seating along the ramp. Drainage, including stormwater pits, stormwater lines and swale drain are to be included in the works. The position of the area is at the back of the school campus with good site access and working space. All works are to be completed by April 2025.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
