Buderim Mountain State School Car Park and Playground

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the a new Car Park and Playground extension at Buderim Mountain State School, located at 8/42 Main St, Buderim QLD 4556 as part of the School Direct program.

The proposed new Car Park and Playground extension includes 69 new parks, Stormwater infrastrustre, retaining walls and extension to the existing play area. The Car Park is positioned at the fron of the school campus with adequate site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
