Project Manager for Powerhouse Museum Parramatta - insw3365

The scope of services are to perform the functions of Project Manager, Powerhouse Parramatta Project. This position reports to the Project Director Powerhouse Parramatta Project and works in a collaborative partnership with the INSW Project Management Office. These services will include: • Maintain an effective working relationship with Lend Lease. • Administering the contract between INSW and Lend Lease, including contractual notices and responses, claims and contractual issues • Manage the contracts and performance of consultants engaged by INSW • Manage the program review and site surveillance for works completed by Lend Lease. • In partnership with the INSW PMO, manage internal and external reporting requirements • In conjunction with INSW WHS representatives, manage INSW’s safety obligations under the contract as a PCBU • Manage the project lifecycle including the design program and the management of the operational and handover process.
