OT/ICT Network Visibility and Monitoring Solution

Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater has a requirement for the provision of an OT/IT Network Monitoring and Visibility Solution. (OT-IT NMVS).

It is Seqwater’s responsibility to provide safe and reliable drinking water, flood mitigation and irrigation services which are essential to the livelihoods of all south east Queenslanders. Providing these services relies on intricate and networked Control System assets across all aspects of Seqwater’s operations (including water treatment, storage, and distribution). The proper functioning of these Control System assets is vital to delivering safe and reliable services to Queensland communities.

In recent years a rise in cyber-attacks has been highlighted both by both government regulators and media outlets. The security of Control Systems has relied almost entirely on the isolated nature of Control Systems installations. A recent development is that Control Systems have become linked to corporate Information Communications Technology (ICT) systems. This has introduced security challenges as a result.

To counter these, Seqwater requires a cyber security capability to identify and manage vulnerabilities and threats in its Corporate ICT and Control Systems environments.
