Mackay Regional Council has identified a housing asset and Hall which is surplus to its requirements.
The disposal of the housing asset and Hall does not include the land on which the asset currently resides, which will be utilised by Council in the future for other purposes.
The location and description of the assets for sale are:
- 22 Holts Road, Beaconsfield, further described as Lot 3 on SP 249141 MRC Freehold.
- 60 Hoey Street, Sarina, further described as Lot 1 on RP 723987/1 MRC Freehold.
