Panel of Recruitment Service Providers

The Office of the Fair Work Ombudsman seeks to identify organisations capable of providing generalist (consistent with Australian Public Service Levels) and/or specialist candidates and recruitment support services.

Specialist disciplines include, but are not limited to:
~ workplace relations
~ law
~ accounting
~ communications
~ information technology

For the Recruitment Support services, design, deliver and/or supply recruitment support services, as required, including but not limited t any of the following:
~ candidate attraction strategies
~ job vacancy advertising design, including for one-off positions and bulk recruitment campaigns
~ application tracking and candidate management
~ candidate screening
~ interviewing
~ assessment (e.g. assessment centres and/or skills, psychometric or behavioural assessment)
~ interview scribing (including preparation of written selection

reports).
