New single story building consisting of concrete slab, cavity brick walls, steel wall and roof framing. Alterations and additions to existing Administration Building including external works, shed, shade structure, garage and associated electrical and mechanical services. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close. Tenders are advised that Upskill SA requirements will apply to this contract. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
