Description
Landgate is seeking a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) valuation system, and is considering a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. It is expected the majority of the functional requirements will be met with out of the box functionality, with some configuration required. Landgate requires its valuation system replacement to be cost-efficient and sustainable, while providing flexibility to meet changing needs in services and technology over the Contract Term.
