Description
The Customer is seeking offers for the provision of the 2023/24 Strategic Asset Plan (SAP) and improvement activities described in this Request.
The Customer is seeking the Respondent to facilitate the delivery of the 2023/24 SAP in line with its commitments under the Government Strategic Asset Management Framework (SAMF). Specifically, this will involve consultation and presentations with key internal and external stakeholders (as required) as well as compiling and drafting the final document for submission for internal approval.
Broadly the engagement will involve:
- Drafting the Strategic Asset Plan (SAP) in compliance with the SAMF to meet the Department’s service line requirements.
- Data collection and analysis of demand across Communities’ service lines.
- Identification and prioritisation of asset management and policy priorities over 0-5- and 5-10-year timeframe.
- Identification and prioritisation of asset investment priorities over 0-5- and 5-10-year timeframe.
