Description
The Department of Justice (DoJ) requires the services of a qualified contractor for the provision of Printing and Dispatch Services for the Fines Enforcement Registry and Sheriff’s Office, Western Australia.
The service requirements include, but are not limited to:
Receipt of files from the DoJ (in PDF format), pertaining to enforcement notices, juror summons and associated inserts when required. The files will be transmitted by direct electronic delivery or loaded into a secure web-based portal to be provided by the Contractor to the DoJ free of charge;
Full colour printing of fines enforcement notices, jury summons and inserts;
Sorting and enveloping of fines enforcement notices, jury summons and applicable inserts;
Dispatching notices to Australia Post for delivery; and
Handling of returned mail.
