Department of Fire and Emergency Services - Northam VFRS Station - Modification to station to include Tunic Room/s, changerooms/s, with showers and toilets, UAT, kitchen, office, comms room, unisex toilet, training room, and all associated works including electrical, HVAV and hydraulic. Soil testing and possible soil removal, ACM testing and possible removal.
