Identify the aged care and disability support settings in Tasmania where people are or may be deprived of their liberty, and provide relevant details about each setting, including: Service provider(s) details; Service(s) provided; Number of consumers/capacity of the deprivation of liberty environment; and Overview of circumstances of consumers deprived of their liberty. Service provider(s) details; Service(s) provided; Number of consumers/capacity of the deprivation of liberty environment; and Overview of circumstances of consumers deprived of their liberty. Provide recommendations for the segmentation of consumers across these settings into groups that will enable the Tasmanian NPM to effectively exercise its functions. Provide high level journey mapping for each segmentation, including how consumers enter these settings, average length of stay, and where they may progress to.
