Provision of Employee Assistance Program

The Department for Child Protection and Family Support provides a range of child safety and family support services to Western Australian individuals, children and their families, across all regional and metropolitan locations of the State. This work comprises forensic and rigorous casework practices that may involve significant trauma, abuse and neglect, which may have a negative impact on employees’ emotional and psychological health due to stress and vicarious trauma.

The Department is seeking a suitable Respondent(s) to provide a confidential and professional counselling service for all employees and their immediate family members in the Perth metropolitan, regional and remote areas of Western Australia.
