DOJ201704566 Provision of Air Charter Services for the Kalgoorlie Magistrates

The Department of Justice (the Department) is responsible for providing court services throughout Western Australia, including various regional locations. The Department requires the provision of “as required” fixed wing air charter services for the Kalgoorlie Magistrates (“the Magistrates”) in the Goldfields Region.

The Department requires the provision of an eight (8) passenger seat (minimum) fixed wing air charter service for the Magistrates in the Goldfields region. The air charter service will cover a large area and operate out of remote locations. Currently, circuit towns regularly visited by the use of aircraft are as follows:

• Laverton;

• Warburton;

• Warakurna; and

• Blackstone.
