Expression of Interest to develop and deploy a Customer Relationship System

DENR has collected stakeholder details in an ad-hoc manner. These details are stored in different and disparate databases which makes the information difficult to manage and collate. Furthermore, inconsistencies and duplication of information within these databases has lead to significant time spent on manual research and collation in the attempt to obtain accurate stakeholder information.
DENR has recognised the need to centralise the storage and management of stakeholder information and aims to introduce efficiencies in the collation and reporting of this information through the introduction of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
DENR would also benefit from the ability to profile customer purchasing behaviours, areas of interest, demographics and spending patterns to tailor marketing campaigns, increase revenue and provide better overall service to stakeholders.
