PRO2816 Power Upgrade at Lynwood Senior High School
BACKGROUND
Programmed Facility Management (PFM) on behalf of the Building Management and Works (BMW)
and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced
contractors to undertake Power Upgrade Works at Lynwood Senior High School.
EXPECTATION
Delivery of the Works is expected to be completed by Monday, 10th of October 2016.
PREREQUISITE
It is a prerequisite for the experienced qualified building organisation to have;
• Proven competence in Power Upgrade Works
Additionally, it is a prerequisite for the tenderer to provide a detailed method of operation of how
they intend to carry out the Works. And a detailed program of the Works outlining key milestones.
Kindly note, tenderers whom provide a generic method of operation and program of works will be
scored accordingly, should they proceed to the evaluation stage.
