Benowa SHS - Roof Replacements (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Roof Replacement Works at Benowa SHS, located at Mediterranean Drive, Benowa QLD 4217, as part of the Strategic Infrastructure program.

The scope of works involve roof replacements of Blocks F, FA, FO and N and include asbestos removals, replacement of gutters and downpipes and all ancillary works detailed in the contract documentation.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works – Minimum low rise builder’s licence.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M at time of tendering and for the duration of the contract.
• Minimum PQC Level 2 Eligibility required.
