GPA ASSET CONDITON ASSESSMENT

The Geraldton Port Authority (GPA) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced consulting organisations for assessment of the condition of the Port’s Assets. This Request for Tender (RFT) document outlines or refers to the requirements and scope of work to enable competent/capable/suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide a tender for the GPA Asset Condition Assessment (ACA).

With reference to the Scope of Work document (refer Appendix C), the ACA is required to achieve the following outcomes:
• Determine the current condition of all the assets currently being maintained by GPA;
• Estimate the remaining economic life of the asset, assuming current asset maintenance practices continue;
• Determine the increase in economic life if the identified remedial maintenance activities were undertaken; and
• Estimate the cost of any identified remedial maintenance activities.
