Main Roads Western Australia is seeking quotations from suitably qualified consultants to provide business change management consultancy services to assist with the establishment of the Heavy Vehicle Over-size Over-mass (OSOM) Unit. The scope of change is extensive and multi-faceted incorporating the transition of WA Police employees to Main Roads, collaboration with staff from Horizon Power and Western Power and the establishment of a new business unit with a commercial focus. This combination of activities is unlike anything Main Roads has dealt with before and requires a fundamental step away from “business as usual”.
