Description
The Department of Corrective Services seeks to appoint a successful Respondent/s to develop a learning program to ensure staff is provided with cultural knowledge to assist them in working more effectively with diverse cultures.
The learning program will consist of three (3) modules:
• Modules One: Understanding Cultures and Diversity;
• Module Two: Understanding Aboriginal Culture; and
• Module Three: Working with Diversity within DCS.
The successful Respondent/s will be required to develop and deliver a program that address the identified outcomes required of Module Two and Module Three.
