Description
Hobart International Airport Pty Ltd (HIAPL) is currently wholly owned by the State Government of Tasmania through Tasmanian Ports Corporation Pty Ltd. The business was acquired by HIAPL as part of the Commonwealth Government's airport privatisation process in June 1998. HIAPL has a long term lease of the airport site from the Commonwealth. Parties who have an interest in considering an acquistiion of HIAPL should lodge an experssion of interest with the State's sale adviser as soon as possible and by no later than 4pm AEST on Friday 21 September 2007. - SSPA.pdf
