An adviser is being sought to provide technical and commercial advice to the Tasmanian Government on the proposal by SubPartners for Tasmania to connect a telecommunications fibre optic branch spur from Tasmania to the Perth to Sydney section of a carrier-neutral submarine cable connecting Singapore-Perth-Sydney-USA (the proposed APX cable projects).
