Currumbin Eco_Parkland Central Area Land Management

The Currumbin Eco-Parkland project comprises 148 hectares of land within the Currumbin Valley. The Queensland Government (represented by the Minister for Economic Development Queensland) is responsible for the delivery of the Currumbin Eco-Parkland project. The location for the Currumbin Eco-Parkland is identified as Lot 2 on RP 168012 and Lots 1 and 247 on RP 854934. The site presents opportunities for the preservation and rehabilitation of the natural environment including floodplain storage and endangered ecosystems.

An ecological restoration plan has been prepared for Currumbin Eco-Parkland. The plan divides the site into management zones with a plan of activities for the care and restoration of the site’s ecosystems.

EDQ is seeking a capable and motivated supplier to undertake prescribed ecological restoration activities in identified zones within the Currumbin Eco-Parkland for a period of 12 months.

The address of the Project is 315 Currumbin Creek Road, Currumbin Waters. Access will be made available for the mandatory inspection on the 5th September 2024 as outlined in the Request for Quote documentation.
