LICENSED FACILITY (NORTH TERRACE)

Expressions of interest are invited from parties who are interested in developing a licensed facility within the premises of the North Terrace TABTavern located at 132 – 137 North Terrace, Adelaide. The North Terrace TABTavern is a long established TAB Sales Outlet with an overall area of 888m². Approximately 400m² - 500m² is available for a licensed bar service. The location was significantly refurbished in 1999 and now provides patrons with modern spacious surroundings complimented by the very latest technology in the electronic display of racing information and live race coverage. A licensed bar service would further enhance the future development of the key TAB Sales Outlet. A Special Circumstances Liquor Licence would be made available to the successful applicant subject to approval of the Liquor Licensing Commission. The successful applicant would be responsible for the fitting out of the licensed bar area of the subject location and the matching of decor adopted throughout the TABTavern complex. Following consideration of all expressions of interest received, an evaluation process will be undertaken by the SA TAB.
