ADELAIDE FESTIVAL CENTRE – STAGE 2/PHASE 3 BUILDING CONSULTANT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Tenders are invited from DAIS Prequalified Category 1 Construction Managers to perform the role of Building Consultant and Construction Manager for the ongoing redevelopment of the Adelaide Festival Centre. Work comprises the refurbishment of a number of areas in the Adelaide Festival Centre with some ancillary works in the Adelaide Railway Station Building and the preliminary works associated with the conversion of Station Square into an Arts Plaza as part of the Riverbank Precinct. The successful tenderer will participate in the existing project team and will be responsible for professional building consultancy input during the design and documentation phase and for construction management during the construction phase. Tenderers are advised that the selection will be based on an assessment of all the information provided in their tender submissions. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified Construction Managers in Category 1 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
