The work comprises the construction of fire rated escape corridor in existing Building 4 (ex State Print building) with air handling, lighting and steel reinforcing columns. The work will be carried out around existing tenants. The ceiling area of the passage is 236m2. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
