RFT PRO1115 - LANDGATE MIDLAND - NEW UPS ROOM AND REPLACEMENT OF UPS

Programmed Facility Management on behalf of the Western Australian Land Information Authority are seeking tenders from suitably experienced contractors build a new UPS room, decommission the existing DRUPS system and temporary static UPS and replace with a new static UPS system. This project has been split into two separate tenders. The first tender PRO0715 (the “First Tender”) was for the supply of a new UPS System and UPS Switchboard. Under the First Tender the successful Contractor (the “UPS contractor”) is responsible for liaison and coordination with the main electrical contractor for supply, delivery, off-loading, final positioning, testing and commissioning of the UPS System and Switchboard.

Under this Tender PRO1115 (the “Second Tender”) the Contractor is responsible for constructing a new dedicated 2 hour fire rated UPS room to house the new UPS system and switchboard as per the architectural scope. This Second Tender also contains electrical and mechanical specifications which are details within the tender document.

The winning Tenderer will coordinate and liaise all Subcontractor trades (components) comprising but not limited to:

• Electrical
• Mechanical

Tenders must include all pricing compenents detailed in the tender sum breakdown. Part tenders for part of the works will not be considered.
