Description
The Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation (DEEDI) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement for an initial period of one year for the provision of Customer Service Pathways for the Business and Industry Franchise.
DEEDI, through Integrated Service Delivery is implementing a single website model structured according to 'franchises' that interest particular customer groups. It is anticipated that a number of service providers will be identified as a result of this invitation with demonstrated skill in researching, writing and editing content for the web.
