Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works at 13 Sloan Drive Leda, WA 6170. The Work includes but is not limited to: Electrical;Plumbing, Drainage, and Gas;Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) Removal;Painting;Ceiling and Walls;Internal Flooring;Kitchen Refurbishment; and Bathroom Refurbishment. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote.
