The Territory requires a qualified and experienced Supplier to deliver home energy efficiency support to eligible low-income and vulnerable Canberra households. The Territory’s objective is to support eligible households to reduce their energy and water use, save money on their bills, improve thermal comfort in their homes, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase their resilience to a changing climate.
