Provision of Bitumen sealing and Asphalt

Works by Offeror:

1) Sidetrack

• Cart, heat & spray AMC7 primerseal = 2,000 litres
• Load & spread 10mm precoat = 14m3
• Single visit.

2) Road widening

• Cart, heat & spray AMC7 primerseal = 1,700 litres
• Load & spread 10mm precoat = 12 m3
• Same visit as sidetrack.

• Cart, heat, & spray C170 seal = 5,500 litres
• Load & spread 14mm precoat = 35 m3
• Same visit as DWS.

3) Deck Wearing Surface

• Supply, cart, heat, spray & cover waterproof membrane = 240m2
• Supply & spray tack coat = 480 litres
• Supply & place AC14H (C320) = 50 tonne
• Single visit.

RoadTek will provide:

• Traffic management.
• Site supervision.
• Bridge rail / scaffold.
• Precoat aggregate.

General:

All works will be carried out during the day.

All work to be in accordance with current TMR Standard Specifications. A copy of these specifications is available from www.tmr.qld.gov.au or by contacting the project manager. Testing and quality assurance documents to be all undertaken by the offeror and submitted to RoadTek in a timely manner.
