Varsity College - Refurbish Resource Centre (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Refurbish Resource Centre at Varsity College, located at 198 Varsity Parade, Varsity Lakes, QLD, 4227, as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program.

The new works involve the refurbishment of the existing Resource Centre on the ground floor level of the Digital Learning Centre.

All works are to be completed by July 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Valid QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works – minimum low rise builders’ licence.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M at time of tendering and for the duration of the contract.
