Through this Expression of Interest, The Department of Transport & Main Roads (DTMR) is inviting Proposals from suitable qualified and experienced contractors to participate (if shortlisted) in an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) procurement process and design, construct and commission the Pacific Motorway Upgrade – M1/M3/Gateway Merge Project (SCHD-3550 and SCHD-3551).
Organisations having the prequalification levels of R4/B4/F150 with Austroads together with demonstrated urban road design and construction experience on a project to the value of at least $70 million in the last ten years, and Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) Engineering Consultant levels of BD3, HE3, HD3, TE3 and GE3 are welcome to submit their interest.
