Vending Services - Fresh Food, Cold Beverage, Coffee and Hot Beverage

Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) invites submissions to this Request for Quote (RFQ) for seven (7) vending services in the following categories:
1. Fresh Food and Beverage;
2. Cold Beverage; and
3. Coffee and Hot Beverage.

The awarded contract for vending services is for an initial period expiring on 11th March 2023. An extension option of one period may be used at the discretion of MNHHS.
The vending services are required at two MNHHS facilities; (1) Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH) and (2) Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS).

Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) - Suppliers to note:
MNHHS has identified a requirement to establish an SOA for the provision of vending services to MNHHS facilities. The SOA will be established for a period of 10 years including review and option periods. Contracts awarded under this SOA prior to March 2023 will have an expiry date of 11th March 2023. If contract award is offered to an incumbent supplier, the supplier will be invited to contract under the SOA.
