Description
Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service & Partnerships (QPWS&P) require the services of a suitably qualified contractor to complete the demolition and removal of an existing toilet block, and supply and construction of a new toilet block on Goold Island within Goold Island National Park.
Construction is to be carried out in accordance with Australian Standards and the Building Code of Australia and the works should be carried out with minimal disruption to the public.
The Department ideally requires practical completion by 5 March 2021.
Complete specifications are outlined in the attached ‘Project Brief’ (Attachment 2).
