Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the demolition and construction of new access ways on the site of the Warilda Conference Centre at Wooloowin State School, located at 84 Kedron Park Road, Wooloowin Qld 4030.
The works include demolishing two buildings, constructing a new access ramp with access footpaths, ramps and fencing. All works are to be completed by 18 March 2019.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence with ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
