Department of Transport and Main Roads is looking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of safe, modern and efficient major and minor equipment hire (without an operator) to effectively support civil construction and maintenance projects.

This Invitation will actively seek to meet the following Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) and Queensland Indigenous Procurement Policy (QIPP) objectives:
(a) Focus on the economic benefit to Queensland by applying a Local Benefits Test (LBT) to this procurement activity;
(b) Increase opportunities to engage local Indigenous Suppliers to support TMR’s Dry Hire needs; and
(c) Support regional and local economies to satisfy TMR’s Dry Hire needs.
