Woodhill State School - D Block Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education is inviting tenders for the refurbishment within the 2 storey D Block building at Woodhill State School. The works include Design and Construction and generally comprise of:

• Demolition of Internal areas
• Construction of all new internal walls
• New internal linings
• Replacing windows
• Balustrading and handrails
• Supply & Installation of new external screens
• Installation of all Electrical, data, and fire service requirements
• Prep and paint of all surfaces
• All required certifications

Site visit details: Recommended Site Visit on Friday 12th of November 2021 at 2:00pm - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance be 12pm Thursday 11th. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
