Provision of Building Management System Maintenance Services

Griffith University is seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers for the provision of Building Management System Maintenance Services across all campuses. Griffith University has 5 (five) primary campuses in Southeast Queensland including: Nathan Campus, South Bank Campus, Mt Gravatt Campus, Gold Coast Campus and Logan Campus . Each day thousands of students, staff and visitors access the University's campuses. It is of paramount importance to maintain the security, movement and physical wellbeing of each of these people when at the University.

The contractual arrangement being sought by the University is proposed to be for an initial period of three (3) years with one (1) three (3) year contract extension (total Six (6) year contract term) subject to satisfactory ongoing performance and other relevant issues solely at the discretion of the University.
