Description
The Department of Justice and Attorney requires a revaluation of its non-current physical assets for asset valuation purposes of the identified 67 owned court houses and 36 parcels of land. The valuation will be used for the preparation of the Department’s financial reports for the period ended June 2011 and be an integral metrics of the departments Asset Management System.
The valuation is to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of relevant accounting Standards and the Non-Current Asset Policies for the Queensland Public Sector. In addition, the Offeror should also be conversant with the Financial Reporting Requirements for Queensland Government Agencies.
