Stage 2 Works for the re-purposing of 10 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth.
Works includes, installation of laundry facility, 62 kitchenettes, flooring, installation of storage cages, conversion of pool area to recreational area, demolition of non-load bearing walls and doors, etc.
Additional Site Visit
Tenderers are advised that an additional, non-mandatory site visit is available between 10:00am & 11:30am AWST on Wednesday 11 February 2026. Further, it is highlighted to Tenderer’s that their subcontractors may also attend this site visit.
