Bradfield City Centre Land Use Strategy implementation - WPCA000341/22

Provision of expert advice on the implementation of a land use strategy for Bradfield City Centre. The objective of the work is to embed the land use strategy recommendations in the land release and land acquisition strategies. The engagement will include: - Finalisation of an external facing prospectus or land use scenario - Attendance at fortnightly meetings with the project team and ad hoc briefings with the CEO and Board - Preparation of material for inclusion in expression of interest and request for tender documents for 2 to 3 superlots - Analysis and advice on proposals for government infrastructure investment in sites within Bradfield such as health, culture and education - Analysis and advice on refinement of the land use strategy to respond to the anticipated master plan approval, government policy and market conditions. - Prepare land use planning advice and recommendations on any modification of the planning controls required to implement the land use strategy. - Expert review of private sector proposals for up to 2 superlots.
