Mooloolaba Boat Harbour - Upstream Boat Ramp and Downstream Boat Ramp - Widening and Floating Walkway Construction

The Contract shall include the supply of all plant, equipment, labour and material necessary for the execution of the whole of the Works required for Part A (Upstream) and B (Downstream), all in accordance with this Specification, Particular and General Conditions of Contract and the Drawings.


The Works are divided into two parts:

Part A: Mooloolaba Boat Harbour (Upstream) Boat Ramp – Widening and Floating Walkway Construction.

Part B: Mooloolaba Boat Harbour (Downstream) Boat Ramp – Widening and Floating Walkway Construction.

The major items included in the Works are:

1. Design, prepare construction drawings and design report for floating walkway
2. Widening the existing boat ramps and replace median infill on upstream ramp
3. Supply, fabricate and install floating walkway piling and modules
4. Grouted Stone pitched shoulder works
5. Accommodation works to tie new ramp and pontoon works into existing car park.
6. Preparation of handover documents
