Principal Contractor for the Ingham Hospital HVAC Upgrade

The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) wishes to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for mechanical and associated works located at Ingham Hospital, 2-16 McIlwraith St, Ingham QLD 4850.
Please Note – A licensed air-conditioning contractor can tender as the principal contractor for this project if they use an appropriately licensed builder (QBCC licenced) to co-ordinate the multiple trades required for the building works component of the project. Evidence of this licence will be required as part of the tender submission.

Unless otherwise advised via addendum notification, the QTenders electronic tender box for THHS1101 will close at: 5:00pm on Friday 22nd June, 2018

Mandatory Site Inspection:
A mandatory site inspection has been allocated for Thursday 24th May 2018 at 11:00am
Interested parties must register their interest by no later than 3:00pm on Tuesday 22nd May, 2018.
