Preferred Supplier for the Maintenance and Installation of Security Equipment

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced personnel to provide high quality maintenance and installation of security equipment at various Council locations on the Mainland, Macleay Island, Russell Island and North Stradbroke Island.

The maintenance service to be provided include:

a) Routine Maintenance (scheduled)

b) Emergency Maintenance (unscheduled)

c) General Repairs

d) Supply and installation of security equipment

To preserve the integrity of Council’s security environment, all information supplied in connection with this Invitation to Tender will be treated as “Commercial-In-Confidence” (CIC) information between Council and the respondent.

SITE INSPECTION

To assist Tenderers in preparing their Tenders, an inspection of the Site will be conducted on Wednesday, 10 May 2017 commencing at 9.00am at Cleveland Administration Building, Cnr Bloomfield and Middle Streets, Cleveland QLD 4163.

Tenderers who wish to attend the Site Inspection are required to register their attendance by emailing [email hidden] no later than 2.00pm, Monday 08 May 2017.
